Your annual association dues are to be paid on January 1st of each year.


The current annual dues are $210.

Additional dues for the Estate area are $1,250.

Your annual dues cover the following:

Pool & Tennis Access and Maintenance

50% of the cost of landscape maintenance and lighting

of WeaverRidge Blvd. from Charter Oak Road to the Golf Club.

The added dues for the Estate area cover street maintenance including snow removal,
as well as gate maintenance.

There are separate condominium fees for those residing in the Tall Grass

and Grande Vista areas.


Annual Budgets for both the Master and Estate Homeowners Associations appear in the private section.
